CYLAD Australia scales up to support
the Defence industry, Energy and Infrastructure

We are pleased to introduce our 3 newest Australian consultants: Ezgi (Izzy) Onal, Will Boult and Suhail Bhardwaj. Our new starters bring strong analytical capability and hands-on experience in operations, supply chain, engineering and program management.

The CYLAD team is dedicated to helping Australian industrial companies grow and compete internationally. Our new consultants will be helping clients build manufacturing capability and accelerate large projects, particularly in Defence, Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

• Ezgi (Izzy) Onal: started working as a Consultant after completion of her PhD from Monash University and Masters and Bachelors degrees in Material Engineering. Ezgi has high data fluency and defence sector expertise. Izzy is excited to be part of a genuine boutique firm where she can dedicate herself to helping Australian industrial companies to innovate and grow.
• Will Boult: after completing a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) and Bachelor of Economics, Will started working in Consulting. Here he gained experience working closely with clients on a range of projects, including helping government departments go through significant transformation. Will’s excitement about joining CYLAD arises from the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals, on exciting projects that make a difference to the Australian economy.
• Suhail Bhardwaj: upon completion of a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical and Aerospace) and Bachelor of Finance, Suhail started working as a Management Consultant. During this time, he worked in the aerospace and defence, utilities, mining and state / federal government sectors. Suhail is excited about working with a highly capable international team, solving complex challenges for industrial clients.
