Before reaching serial maturity, railway vehicles are subject to a significant wave of technical modifications discovered during start of production, testing and validation phases.

In the context of tight planning, the challenge is “how to organize all these additional tasks and to secure on time and on quality deliveries? (under control configuration)”

To optimize the change request process:
