To support CYLAD Germany growth, we are very delighted to welcome and introduce 5 new members of our German consulting team. Over the past years the German office, based in Hamburg, has developed lasting relationships with clients and the team is glad to continuously work with industrial BtB leaders both on consultancy projects as well as knowledge expertise assignments with our branch CYLAD Experts.

• Melissa Gile: Melissa has a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle (UW), as well as a M.Sc. in Material Science from the Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) and an M.A. in Entrepreneurial Technology Management from the Northern Institute of Technology Management (NIT). With a strong pulse for creativity and entrepreneurship, she worked as an innovation consultant during business school, and is the previous co-founder of two startups in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on product development, customer relations and strategic project management. She also has 4 years of experience in materials research at both UW and Helmholtz-Institut Geesthacht (HZG). She is very much looking forward to supporting CYLAD’s clients and bolstering the value of their people, portfolios and activities.
