For our first assessment, CYLAD received a bronze medal for our CSR performance. A score higher than the average among the companies operating in our consulting sector.

This assessment reflects the initiatives and commitments we have undertaken since the creation of the firm to create a sustainable value, particularly regarding environmental, social, societal and ethical issues:

• Reducing our waste
• Joining the United Nations #Globalcompact program
• Closer monitoring of the Gender Equality Index
• Evaluation and development of employees
