CHALLENGES

As part of its digital transformation program, a leading aeronautic player was willing to build a value approach to efficiently manage the portfolio of digital projects.

A first phase of the project allowed to build good foundations in portfolio management with the implementation of an effective portfolio governance while building step by step the value approach & related model.

The objective was to reach high maturity level with regards to value to support arbitration & decision making.

 

SOLUTIONS

    • Reconciliate the company’s long-term architecture vision with project roadmaps for the upcoming years while ensuring cross-function consistency.
    • Design a scoring model, in line with the company’s top objectives and related KPIs, while securing clear methodology for projects assessment & consolidation at different portfolio structuration levels.
    • Ensure projects roadmaps and short-term milestones are in line with end-users’ priorities.
