CHALLENGES
As part of its digital transformation program, a leading aeronautic player was willing to build a value approach to efficiently manage the portfolio of digital projects.
A first phase of the project allowed to build good foundations in portfolio management with the implementation of an effective portfolio governance while building step by step the value approach & related model.
The objective was to reach high maturity level with regards to value to support arbitration & decision making.
