During the recruiting process, we would like to get to know you as a person. What is your background? What motivates & drives you? What are your expectations and career goals? We would like also to introduce ourselves. Throughout the recruiting process, you will meet many of our team members to give you first-hand experiences on who we are and how we work.
Each interview combines two parts – an assessment of personal fit & skills and a case study. Both enable us to identify the people who will thrive at CYLAD!
Skills INTERVIEW
The dialogue enables us to gain some insights on your personality, the way you communicate and interact with others as well as your professional knowledge. We also give you the opportunity to ask all your questions to better understand who CYLAD is and the way we work.
During this session, we want you to be yourself and we are particularly looking for:
And most of all, BE YOURSELF!
CASE STUDIES
Each interview will contain a small case study. Here, the main objective is not to check for specific technical or business know-how but to get a view on your approach to problem solving. In that sense, the case study allows us to assess the following aspects:
Analytical mindset: your ability to cope with complex problems and analyze information and data.
Ability to structure your analysis: an essential skill of all our consultants is the ability to logically breakdown problems and follow a comprehensive approach.
Deductive skills: because our clients expect fast and efficient results.
Listening skills: our consultants have the ability to carefully listen, absorb and process relevant information.
Curiosity and thirst for knowledge: eagerness to learn is a big part of self-motivation. It also shows willingness to create and adapt. It also highlights your ability to ask the right questions.
Current events: do you keep up to date with the business world?
