CYLAD appoints Adrian Hofer as Partner in Switzerland

From July 1st, 2024, Adrian Hofer is starting as CYLAD’s new partner in the Zurich office in Switzerland.

With a solid track record in consumer & luxury products, industrial goods, retail, services, private equity and commodities, he will support the local team in developing the firm’s activities in Switzerland.

Before joining CYLAD, Adrian spent 6 years at Adecco Group in three global leadership roles: Head of Strategy, Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation, and leading the Group‘s Digital Ventures.
Adrian has a 12-year career path at Boston Consulting Group, of which five as Partner & Managing Director, focused on consumer-oriented industries and leading BCG’s People & Organization practice in Switzerland.

He has a recognized expertise in corporate design & business platforms, portfolio management and innovation, Adrian also has led many projects in technology-enabled transformation, digital ventures and Mergers & Acquisitions.

He holds a master’s degree in Management, Technology, and Economics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and a doctoral degree in Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
