This autumn, we celebrated CYLAD’s 15th anniversary, surrounded by our clients, team members, and partners. It has been such a pleasure to gather for 2 celebratory evenings in Paris and Toulouse.
More than a number, this anniversary celebrates a collective adventure, driven by the ambition of supporting industry actors in overcoming their biggest challenges. We are proud to continueto grow without losing the touch of soul that makes CYLAD unique and gives meaning to our consulting work. The human factor remains at the heart of our way of working, to keep solving problems with rigor and impact.
In Paris, we had the chance to be at the Musée National Picasso-Paris for a private visit of the beautiful “Maria-Ruiz Picasso, fille de Pablo” exhibition.
In Toulouse, we were at Les Abattoirs Museum in Toulouse, to celebrate this milestone and enjoy the wonderful “Niki de Saint Phalle, Les années 1980 et 1990. L’art en liberté” exhibition.
These exhibitions, highlighting women and the choice to work with women chefs for the catering resonate with our daily effort to make consulting more attractive for women (salary equality, part-time work and personal/professional life balance) and we are committed in pursuing our engagement on this topic.
“We are proud to have remained faithful to our vision from day 1: to deliver beyond our clients’ expectation and build long-term relationchips with our stakeholders, to care for our team members and to stay on a human scale in each office to ensure CYLAD is the project of each one of us and the project of all. Finally, to be multi specialists while supporting large industrial projects with a strong technological content. We intented to continue to grow, to develop new offers, to pursue our international development and to expand our range of services with more mixed teams with consultants and senior experts.” Sébastien Chaussoy, President and Co-founder of CYLAD Consulting.
THANK YOU to all our clients for their trust and to our teams for their commitment to write the CYLAD story, a story that is only just starting…
