CYLAD Consulting acquires as of 1st of September 2020, Seestatt Consulting & Interim Management AG, a leading Swiss senior expert organisation based in Zurich (Pfäffikon SZ) and leading projects around Innovation, Change, Growth and Digital business transformation.
With this new acquisition, CYLAD Consulting opens, under the new brand CYLAD Experts, a new branch of Consulting & Interim Management services with executive-level senior experts, bringing many years of business and industry expertise to the table.
In this setup, CYLAD (CYLAD Consulting and CYLAD Experts) will continue to provide their clients with proven consulting methodology, enhanced by selected senior experts profiles to even further meet our clients’ needs and to jointly drive results. Clients will benefit from this combined offering “out of one hand”: from a pure consulting team setup, or a complementary setup between Consulting Team and Senior Experts to a strong Interim Management service.
Project applications include reorganization, restructuring, digital and operational transformation, supply-chain performance, project management, functional reengineering, temporary capacity increase, ad-hoc staffing shortages, process optimization, etc.
