After two years of lockdowns and Covid restrictions, the CYLAD teams gathered on June 16th and 17th 2022, for its biannual University. This event was a great opportunity to meet each other’s, exchange, and strengthen our team spirit, a key value of CYLAD.
Each semester, the CYLAD University brings together the teams from all offices for a 2-days event dedicated to training sessions.
The CYLAD Consultants had the opportunity per grade in the Paris, Hamburg, and Toulouse offices, to focus on the development of their soft skills .
The program included: an experience-sharing session around key projects of the semester, a group workshop on climate impact and sustainability as well as training sessions on the three different topics (I) Public speaking, (II) Change Management, and (III) Personal Development (TLP-Navigator), to better understand oneself and others.

This Summer University has been much appreciated by the CYLADians (overall satisfaction rate of 95%) while being fun and educational with new and actionable knowledge for CYLAD’s work life.
