CYLAD pursues its growth and appoints two new partners in France
Having experienced strong growth this year, marked by record revenue, the consulting firm CYLAD has just promoted Arnaud Guérin and Olivier Saldana as partners, based in the Paris and Toulouse offices. These appointments support the firm’s strong growth momentum, both in France and internationally.
Arnaud Guérin becomes a Partner at the Paris office
A graduate from École Centrale de Lyon and from the São Paulo Polytechnic (in Brazil (Escola Politécnica da USP – Universidade de São Paulo), Arnaud Guérin began his career in 2005 at Procter & Gamble in Brazil, where he worked as a financial controller for the Retail business. He then worked at KXIOP, now part of Deloitte, where he advised companies in the Defense and airline sectors.
Arnaud Guérin joined CYLAD in 2011. For nearly 15 years, he has primarily supported Aerospace & Defense companies in addressing their competitiveness and operational performance challenges.
His expertise covers large-scale competitiveness programs, cost optimization, aftermarket activities and operational and quality performance improvement. He also works on industrial process optimization and production lead-time reduction.
Olivier Saldana named Partner in Toulouse
With more than 20 years of experience in the Aerospace and Telecommunications sectors, Olivier Saldana supports companies in their strategic, organizational and operational transformations.
He began his career in operational roles within the Telecommunications sector, notably at Index Multimedia, where he successively served as COO and Managing Director. He then specialized in the Aerospace sector and moved into consulting, first at Theano Advisors and later at Eight Advisory.
Olivier Saldana joined CYLAD in January 2022 and has since contributed to the development of the firm’s Toulouse office. His expertise focuses in particular on large-scale transformations, strategy, design and implementation of new organizations, operating model evolution and change management. He also supports the development of strategic partnerships and advises executive teams.
2025 and 2026, record years for CYLAD
These appointments come at a particularly dynamic time for CYLAD. In 2025/26, the firm recorded its highest revenue since its creation, reaching €44 million, up 30% compared with the 2024/25 financial year. At the same time, CYLAD continued to strengthen its teams, with headcount increasing by 30%.
Paul Archer, Co-founder and Partner of CYLAD in Paris, comments: “This year, we have experienced sustained growth in our business, driven both by the development of our Strategy and M&A expertise, which now accounts for nearly 30% of our activity, and by positive momentum across all our sectors. This includes our historical sectors of Aerospace, Defense and Space, as well as Luxury and Cosmetics, Energy and Healthcare, where we are further strengthening our presence”.
He adds: “Over the past few months, CYLAD has welcomed five new Partners, with Romain Capaldi, Olivier Floch and Jaco Vosloo joining in January, while continuing its international development with the opening of two new offices in Vienna, Austria, and Toronto, Canada. Our ambition is now to continue this growth by further strengthening our expertise and proximity to clients across all our geographies. “
