CYLAD reaches a new point of growth and reinforces its team, with the appointment of two new partners in Paris

This January, Olivier Floch and Romain Capaldi joined CYLAD as Partners in the Paris office. Respectively specialists in Healthcare and Energy, their arrival will further support the firm’s growth and its diversification strategy.

Olivier Floch, Partner specializing in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare

With over 20 years of experience in life science and pharmaceuticals, Olivier Floch has spent his career supporting leading healthcare players, by addressing strategy, digital transformation, market access, and operational performance challenges. A graduate of Paris’s École Centrale , he has held positions at top-tier consulting firms including ZS Associates, Roland Berger, Capgemini Consulting, and Opusline, before leading the Life Science Strategy & Consulting practice at Accenture in France. His expertise spans the entire value chain—from strategy and due diligence to product launch, organizational transformation, and digital, data, and AI initiatives—driving performance and growth across the healthcare industry.

Romain Capaldi, Partner in charge of Energy

With over 20 years of experience, Romain Capaldi brings to CYLAD his extensive expertise in the Energy sector, spanning transition technologies, industrial challenges, regulatory frameworks, institutional relations, and complex transformations. Holding a dual degree from HEC and UTC and following a distinguished consulting career, he has notably founded and led Guidehouse France. He will support clients in addressing their decarbonization, innovation, and large-scale industrial program challenges.

Olivier and Romain will primarily focus on their respective sectors, with a mission to expand CYLAD’s activities across all the group’s locations.
