We are very pleased to share the CYLAD 2023/2024 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report, showcasing our continued commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance.
As part of our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact since 2020, this Communication on Progress (COP) highlights the actions taken and progress made in all our offices over the last two years, in 5 key ESG pillars: Social, Environment, Value chain, Societal and Ethics.
In 2024, our efforts have been rewarded by the silver medal from Ecovadis and CYLAD is among the top 15% of consulting companies for its environmental, social, human rights, ethical and responsible procurement practices.
For the coming years, we want to remain ambitious and are planning to:
Reinforce our support to our customers in overcoming their sustainability challenges
Strengthen our environmental policy, with bold targets dividing by two our CO2 emissions by 2030, particularly in the transport and digital usage areas
Start investing in carbon credits for natural carbon sequestration projects, in line with IPCC guidelines, to generate a positive impact on biodiversity issues
Continue to move forward on our social policy by introducing stress management training. The human factor is our biggest asset and we are convinced that we must protect it by working on psychosocial risk reduction for all our employees
As we navigate the challenges and opportunities of today’s rapidly changing world, we believe that together, we can create lasting, meaningful change. We want to thank our customers, employees and partners, and we look forward to working together to create a more sustainable and responsible future.
