  Paul Archer founded CYLAD Consulting S.A.S. with Sébastien Chaussoy. Since 2001 he has been active in the strategy and management consulting business and his expertise covers program management, operational performance and R & D competitiveness predominantly in the Aerospace & Defence industries. Prior to CYLAD Consulting, Paul Archer began his career at Astrium as R&D leader in composites for 5 years. He then worked as a consultant at A.T. Kearney and Capgemini Consulting. Paul Archer graduated from École Polytechnique (1990) and École des Mines de Paris (1995).

  Romain joined CYLAD as a consultant in 2013, initially working with clients across Europe. In 2019 he relocated to Australia, where he has been leading the local team since 2021. With extensive expertise in the Defence and Aerospace sectors, Romain has supported a wide range of companies in addressing their most critical challenges. He also has a strong track record in other capital-intensive industries such as Transportation and Energy & Utilities. Romain brings to his role a depth of knowledge in business transformation, project and portfolio management, bid management, and optimisation of operational and financial performance. He holds several Board Director positions in both business and charitable organisations.

  Sébastien Cailliau joined CYLAD Consulting in 2018. He has a thorough knowledge in Aerospace & Defense sector. His expertise covers growth, and market entry strategies, program management, performance improvement programs and operational efficiency. He has also worked with government entities and European institutions. Prior to CYLAD Consulting, Sébastien worked for 20 years in management consulting first at Roland Berger then at BCG. Sébastien graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieur de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace in 1997.

  Sébastien Chaussoy founded CYLAD Consulting S.A.S with Paul Archer. Since 2001 he has been active in the strategy and management consulting business with projects in Europe and the US. His expertise covers program management, business transformation and operational performance. Furthermore he has in-depth knowledge of the Aerospace & Defence and Transportation industries. Prior to CYLAD Consulting, Sébastien Chaussoy spent 5 years as Project Engineer at Fedex EMEA. Thereafter he worked as a consultant at PwC and IBM Business Consulting Services. Sébastien Chaussoy graduated from École des Mines d’Alès (1994), and holds an MBA from ESG (1995).

  Boris Cochet started his career at CYLAD, joining as consultant in 2009. Since then, he mainly worked in program-driven industries, covering Aerospace, Defense and Pharmaceutical, where he supported design and development of major programs in all dimensions, from functional organization to planning, cost and risk management. He developed an extended and recognized expertise, especially in large, technically, and contractually complex environments requiring sophisticated and rigorous methods to deliver at the level expected. In parallel, Boris Cochet actively participated to the development of CYLAD business, both in France and internationally. Boris Cochet graduated from ISAE-ENSICA in 2008 and UPM Aeronauticos (Madrid) as a double degree, and from Emerging Leaders Programme of LBS in 2014.

Marie Decroix joined CYLAD Consulting as a manager in 2007.

Marie has extensive knowledge of the Aerospace and Defence sectors. Her areas of expertise cover organisational and digital transformation, programme and project portfolio management and the development of new products and services.

Marie has particularly been suporting the IT functions with their transformation in recent years to optimise value creation and accelerate the company’s digital transformation.

Within the firm she is responsible for "Business & Digital Transformation" activities, and for rolling out Agile methods in project management and new product development.

Marie is a graduate of ISAE-SUPAERO and began her career working for Gemini Consulting.

Dr. Bruno Glaus is being active in strategy and performance consulting, business process reengineering, high performance business design and sales & marketing management. He coaches complex strategy and reorganization projects and innovation management initiatives. His main sectors of expertise covers the Industry, Services, Transportation, Health Care, ICT and Media. Bruno is engaged as volunteer in social community projects. Prior to CYLAD Consulting, Bruno Glaus had 22 years of consulting experience at McKinsey & Company, HPO Management Consulting and SeestattExperts (founder) with several board assignments in large and start-up companies. He also has a line management experience as Director of Marketing, Business-Unit Manager and Country Manager at Hilti. Bruno Glaus graduated from Universität St.Gallen in Switzerland with doctoral degree in Business Administration.

  Fabien Lasnaveres joined CYLAD Consulting in 2014. He has a strong track record in product development, digital continuity, performance improvement and post-merger integration. His areas of expertise cover the aerospace and defense, rail and pharmaceutical industries. Fabien graduated from SKEMA Business School in France and began his career at Capgemini.

  Laurence Massat joined CYLAD Consulting in 2008 as Manager after nine years’ operational experience as Project Manager, Development Manager and Chief of Staff. She is responsible for Change Management and Organizational Transformation activities. She is also responsible for CSR, marketing and communication for the firm. Her areas of expertise cover Company Transformations, Project/Program and Portfolio Management, Product development and operational excellence. She has skills in the Aeronautics, Pharmaceuticals and Health sectors, the Public sector and Industry in general. Laurence Massat started her career in 1997 as Financial Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions with the global financial services firm, JP Morgan, and carried out operational functions as Project Manager and Development Manager for the CEO of CoSpirit Group (Marketing and Media consultancy). Then, in 2001, she joined InfoPro Group, initially as Marketing & Development Manager at ETAI in Paris, then as Deputy Director of subsidiary ETAI Spain in Barcelona. From 2005 to 2008, she held the position of Chief of Staff for Philippe Douste-Blazy, President of Toulouse Métropole, France. She joined CYLAD Consulting in 2008. She graduated from HEC Business school with a major in Entrepreneurship (1999).

  Michael Müller joined CYLAD Consulting in 2016. Since 2003 he has been active in the strategy and management consulting business. His expertise is centered around Business Transformation esp. with regard to operational performance improvement, reorganization, cost reduction, growth strategy, innovation, new technologies, digitalization / AI. His industry focus covers esp. Integrated Technology Companies (ITC) that produce high-tech products, develop and integrate an own software, and provide services for both, hardware and software. Prior to CYLAD Consulting, Michael Müller worked with KPMG Consulting / BearingPoint in Germany with projects in Europe and North America and was Director Corporate Development of one of Germanies biggest REITs. Michael Müller holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Applied Sciences of Cologne (2001), a MSc in Construction Management from the Bergische University of Wuppertal (2003), and a PhD from the Technical University of Darmstadt in Corporate Finance / Real Estate (2015). He was awarded international science prices (2003, 2015), a scholarship of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and is author of several A-level publications.

  Olivier Paget joined CYLAD Consulting in 2010. Since 1998 he has been active in the strategy and management consulting business and his expertise covers business transformation, R&D competitiveness and operational performance, predominantly in Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Railway, Utilities and Life Sciences. Prior to CYLAD Consulting, Olivier Paget worked as Development Engineer within the technical department of an automotive tier 1 supplier. Then he worked as a consultant at Arthur Andersen, BearingPoint and OC&C. Olivier Paget graduated from École Polytechnique (1993) and École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs – IFP School (1996).

  Steffen Petersen joined CYLAD Consulting in 2014. Since 2007, he has been active in strategy and management consulting. His main expertise covers program and project management, operational excellence as well as product and market strategies, primarily in the industry sectors Machinery and Plant Engineering, Metals and Natural Resources as well as Chemicals and Building Materials. Prior to CYLAD Consulting, Steffen Petersen worked with the Boston Consulting Group in Germany with projects in Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. Steffen Petersen holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the Hamburg University of Technology where he also received a PhD in Mechanical Engineering (2006). Prior to his professional career in consulting, he worked as a postdoc at Stanford University in the Mechanical Engineering Department.

  Patrick Sage joined CYLAD Consulting in 2012. Since 2000 he has been active in the strategy and management consulting business. His expertise covers strategic and operational transformations, in particular in the Aerospace industry, IT services and the Healthcare sector. Prior to CYLAD Consulting, Patrick Sage was Project Director at McKinsey & Company. He worked there from 2000 to 2012, both in the Paris and London offices. He started his career at Air Liquide Healthcare in France and Spain. Patrick Sage graduated from the École des Mines de Paris (1997) and the Collège des Ingénieurs (1998).

  Christian is an aerospace industry expert, with a track record in guiding large-scale operational transformations and restructuring programs. He graduated from Munich Technical University in aerospace engineering, before starting his career at Airbus, supporting the aerodynamic development of major aircraft programs. Since then, he has worked in consulting for over 10 years, for Porsche Consulting and AlixPartners, helping clients in the aerospace and aviation, automotive and industrial goods industries. Christian has a recognized expertise in operational transformation, cost optimization programs, and revenue enablement projects.  He led many projects in operations, mainly for clients facing critical situations (restructuring phases, company transactions).

  Thomas Trautmann joined CYLAD Consulting in 2013. Since 2003 he has been active in the strategy and management consulting business and his expertise covers product development & product management, product launch management, merger management & post-merger integration, market entry and business building strategy. He also covers industries such as Electronics, Electric Power, Oil & Gas, as well as Automotive and Aerospace. Prior to CYLAD Consulting, Thomas Trautmann worked with McKinsey & Company in Germany with projects in Europe, the US and Asia. Thomas Trautmann holds a Diploma in Physics from the University of Münster (2002) and a PhD from ETH Zürich, Department of Management, Technology and Economics (2007). He studied at the Universities of Freiburg and Trier and holds a Bachelor of Science from Massey University, New Zealand.

  Gautier has solid experience of the energy and utilities sectors, transport infrastructure, as well as infrastructure investment and financing. Gautier began his career as a consultant at Oxand and E-cube Strategy Consultants. In 2017, he became Consulting Director, of Oxand, a consulting firm and software publisher specializing in Asset Management, and was promoted Managing Director in 2022. Prior to joining CYLAD, Gautier held the position of Partner at Eurogroup Consulting, in the practice dedicated to Operational Excellence, working mainly in the Energy – Industries and Mobility sectors, on strategy and efficiency of organizations and processes issues. Throughout his career, he has worked with major infrastructure managers, manufacturers and investment funds on their strategic plans, performance plans and transformation projects, as well as on structuring their asset management and environmental transition.

  Alexandre van den Berg joined CYLAD Consulting in 2019. He led a number of strategic, engineering, operational change, and cost reduction projects in the aeronautics sector, in particular at Airbus on the A320, A330 and most recently the A220 programs. Prior to CYLAD, Alexandre began his career at Air France, later moving to HSBC before joining consulting with AlixPartners for 9 years. Alexandre graduated from Ecole Polytechnique & Masters in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.

  Marcel Winnefeld joined CYLAD Consulting in 2015. He has a strong track record in operational strategy, organizational transformation, and operational performance improvement projects. His areas of expertise cover the MedTech, Aerospace, and Machinery industries. He also leads the “Growth Strategy” activities within the firm. Marcel Winnefeld holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering (2007) and a Ph.D. in Engineering (2017) from the Technische Universität Braunschweig. Before CYLAD Consulting, he worked for over 7 years for a boutique consulting firm specializing in Production & After Sales Service.
