Our client, a group of veterinary clinics generating over 55M€ in annual revenue, was facing new performance challenges.

To meet its objectives encompassing quality of care, sustainable growth, and profitability, the goup needed to define a new organizational and operational model.

Solutions

The project was developed around 3 main phases:

  • A diagnosis of strategy, organization and operational performance at group headquarters and clinic levels: analysis of strengths & weaknesses
  • A benchmark of competitors’ strategies and organizations
  • The definition and alignment on guiding principles for a new organization (ex. creation of new regional operational teams, refocus or headquarters activities, clarification of R&R) and on a target organization and governance scheme
