Our client, a leading construction company, used to consolidate and share monthly financial dashboards, with 100+ business units, into large spreadsheets and reports.

While navigating them was familiar to the financial managers, it was not as appealing to the business managers.

Developing the financial culture and dialogue across all dimensions, such as order book, revenues, margin and cash, required a new approach.

SOLUTIONS

• Defining visual standards for financial reporting, based on how managers typically use and navigate financial data and report

• Framing & specifying a BI tool based on user needs including technical architecture and data model
