CYLAD appoints Christian Siekmann as Partner in the Munich office

On July 3rd, 2023, Christian Siekmann will be starting as CYLAD new partner in the Munich office in Germany.  He will strengthen the firm’s efforts to grow the business, especially in the aerospace and aviation sector.

 Christian is an aerospace industry expert, with a track record in guiding large-scale operational transformations and restructuring programs.

He graduated from Munich Technical University in aerospace engineering, before starting his career at Airbus, supporting the aerodynamic development of major aircraft programs. Since then, he has worked in consulting for over 10 years, for Porsche Consulting and AlixPartners, helping clients in the aerospace and aviation, automotive and industrial goods industries.

Christian has a recognized expertise in operational transformation, cost optimization programs, and revenue enablement projects.  He led many projects in operations, mainly for clients facing critical situations (restructuring phases, company transactions).
