CYLAD appoints Romain Bertin as Partner in Australia

CYLAD appoints ROMAIN BERTIN as Partner in AUSTRALIA

On the  1^st of February 2025, Romain Bertin was promoted to Partner at management consulting firm CYLAD.

Romain joined CYLAD as a consultant in 2013, initially working with clients across Europe. In 2019 he relocated to Australia, where he has been leading the local team since 2021.

With extensive expertise in the Defence and Aerospace sectors, Romain has supported a wide range of companies in addressing their most critical challenges. He also has a strong track record in other capital-intensive industries such as Transportation and Energy & Utilities.

Romain brings to his new role a depth of knowledge in business transformation, project and portfolio management, bid management, and optimisation of operational and financial performance.

He holds several Board Director positions in both business and charitable organisations.

Before joining CYLAD, Romain worked for the European Space Agency.  He holds an Advanced Master’s in Business and Project Management from HEC Business School in Paris, as well as a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from French engineering school ISAE ENSMA.

Established in Australia in 2018, CYLAD Australia has offices in Adelaide and Sydney. Since then, the local team has been supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, large companies and government agencies within the Defence, Transport and Energy sectors across NSW, SA, VIC, WA and ACT.
