PRESS RELEASE
Paris, October 29, 2018.
CYLAD Consulting, a strategy and management consulting firm in a growth phase, aims to grow to 100 consultants by end of 2019.
About CYLAD Consulting
Founded in 2007, CYLAD is a consulting firm specialized in strategy, business transformation and operational excellence in industrial sectors. CYLAD has significantly grown over the past years and currently consists of 70 consultants and 9 partners across 5 offices (Paris and Toulouse in France, Hamburg in Germany, Baar/Zug in Switzerland and Camberwell/Melbourne in Australia).
CYLAD advises both, major industrial enterprises and SMEs particularly in the Aerospace & Defence, Pharmaceutical, Energy, Electronics, and Transportation industries. “We are very proud of the trusted relationships we develop with our customers,” explains Sébastien Chaussoy, co-founder of the firm. “About 80% of our assignments are with customers loyal to the firm.”
Beyond the expertise on which the firm has built its reputation, CYLAD has invested over the past two years in Smart Data & Analytics capabilities. “This capability will provide our customers with the opportunity to fully exploit their data,” says Olivier Paget, partner from CYLAD’s Paris office. With ongoing growth of Smart Data & Analytics content on projects, CYLAD has built a team of data scientists and analysts and Smart Data approaches are an essential part of the training program for the consulting staff.
CYLAD is very attentive to the professional development of consultants: collective trainings are organized every six months. Each newcomer benefits from a mentoring program, proximity to management, and evaluations after each client project to foster continuous professional and personal growth.
Profiles sought
To accompany its growth ambitions, CYLAD is looking for employees of all levels from business & engineering schools. Profiles considered include both, recent graduates as well as experienced hires. Furthermore, pre-employment internships are offered.
Attributes sought include, among others: above average performance in a relevant Master’s degree, excellent analytical thinking, relevant professional experience, and intercultural competency.
“The future Cyladians must, above all, be curious, committed, team-players and strong in analytics and building syntheses,” says Olivier Paget, partner leading recruitment.
CYLAD targets to grow to 100 consultants by 2019 and to open new offices abroad by 2020.
