CYLAD Consulting and CYLAD Experts join forces under the unique brand CYLAD, and expand service portfolio
In September 2020, CYLAD Consulting acquired Seestatt Consulting & Interim Management AG, the leading Swiss Senior Expert Organization, which then became CYLAD Experts. After operating for three years as two separate brands, CYLAD Consulting and CYLAD Experts are now united under a single name: CYLAD.
One brand and four delivery models to support industrial companies worldwide
As of September 2023, CYLAD offers 4 delivery models under a single brand: Consulting, Expertise advisory, Interim management, Training and coaching.
This unique combination of delivery models allows the firm to provide its clients with more flexibility and offer the setup that will best fit their challenges.

CYLAD pursues its strong growth momentum
In the past 12 months, CYLAD has experienced solid growth with 25 new employees worldwide (+24%) reaching 150 team members and achieving a turnover of 32 million euros for the 2022/2023 fiscal year.
The firm also expanded its international footprint with the opening of a new office in Munich, Germany. Today, CYLAD has 8 offices on 3 continents, supporting clients all over the world.
“Our objective in the coming months is to boost our activity in the healthcare and energy sectors in particular, with new dedicated offers. We will go further in the support we provide our clients on sustainability topics. We also plan to keep developing our activities internationally, reaching to industrial companies in North America for instance,” explains Paul Archer, co-founder and Partner in France.
This August and for the second year in a row, CYLAD has been recognized by Forbes as one of the “World’s Best Management Consulting Firms 2023”.
