CYLAD Consulting in the Top 10 of the label HAPPYINDEX® ATWORK 2018!

The participation of CYLAD Consulting in the HappyIndex® AtWork survey which measures employee commitment and motivation at work has been successful: CYLAD Consulting was awarded the label HappyIndex® AtWork and is part of the Top 10 companies for mid-size companies between 50 and 100 employees.

In order to be certified, CYLAD needed to obtain a minimum score of 3.81/5 and a recommendation rate higher than 60%. Participants completed an anonymous, digital survey which resulted in an overall score of 4.5/5 and a recommendation rate of 84.6%. CYLAD Consulting employees participated with enthusiasm to provide feedback on their experience with the company culture. More than 70% of people expressed themselves freely and anonymously about their experience across six different dimensions: professional development, stimulating environment, management, salary & recognition, pride, and pleasure.

This label rewards the company’s attention to employee satisfaction within the company which is one of the pillars core to the firm’s DNA. Furthermore, CYLAD was recognized as a dynamic company in which employees have full confidence in the management team.
