CYLAD is proud to have been awarded the ECOVADIS silver medal for its achievements in the ESG sector.
With an overall rating of 60/100, CYLAD ranks among the top 18% of consulting companies in the ESG sector and ranks considerably higher than the global consulting rating of 47/100.
CYLAD has improved its results since the first assessment in 2020, moving from a bronze to a silver medal thanks to 2 factors:
The formalization of a sustainable purchasing policy
The numerous measures implemented for the benefit of the environment
CYLAD’s ESG guidelines have been incorporated into many specific measures:
We defined a code of conduct and translated our 6 core values into behaviors to give all CYLAD members a better understanding of them.
We expanded our corporate governance by embedding performance indicators in all of our ESG dimensions to measure our efforts.
We conducted a carbon emissions assessment to set mitigation targets.
We implemented measures to protect the environment in the digital area, in particular to review and reduce the size of our IT storage.
We carried out our stakeholder mapping analysis.
We strengthened the relationship between mentors and mentees and recommended soft skills training.
We developed a consulting service to support our clients in their ESG transformation.
A third-party assessment to optimize our procedures and manage our measures
CYLAD has chosen to have its initiatives assessed by ECOVADIS over the last two years as part of its ESG approach. This external assessment takes into account our environmental and social standards as well as human rights, ethics and responsible purchasing policies. It helps us better structure our approach, evaluate our actions more effectively and identify areas for further improvement.
ECOVADIS is a leading ESG rating company with a global network of more than 90,000 companies in over 200 industries and more than 160 countries.
CYLAD is committed to further advancing its ESG initiatives
ECOVADIS has identified 5 areas where we will focus our efforts in 2022. These include the further development of our environmental policy with the implementation of a travel policy to reduce our carbon footprint and the optimization of our purchases by placing ESG criteria at the heart of our decisions.
