CYLAD strengthens its expertise in the Pharmaceuticals, MedTech and Healthcare sectors with the arrival of Sophie Massicot, biotech engineer

CYLAD, a consulting firm specializing in the industry sectors, is consolidating its expertise in the Pharmaceuticals, MedTech and Healthcare sectors with the arrival of Sophie Massicot, who becomes Principal in the Toulouse office. Her arrival follows the one, last November, of Philippe Marcotte, Partner specialized in the sector in Canada.

With a degree in Biotechnology and a specialized Master’s from ESCP Europe, Sophie Massicot began her career in 2006 as a research engineer for Sanofi-Aventis, before joining on to INSERM and then Généthon. In 2011, she joined a consulting firm specializing in healthcare.  Over a period of 12 years, including 4 as an Associate Partner, she led more than 100 projects in 20 different therapeutic areas and on several product types, from small molecules to gene and cell therapies and medical devices, and in sectors ranging from primary care to orphan and breakthrough drugs. She joins CYLAD to reinforce the firm’s Healthcare expertise offering a dedicated range of services to players in the Pharma, MedTech and Healthcare sectors.

CYLAD currently has a team of 9 Partner and around 15 consultants specialized in the healthcare sector, and over the past 3 years has carried out almost 110 projects for medical players in France and around the world.
