CYLAD will participate in the Marcus Evans Conference on Supply Chain
on October 14th and 15th.

Patrick Sage, Partner, and Pierre Antoine Chandon, Manager, at CYLAD Consulting will speak alongside Stéphane de Lestrade, Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing COO and Controller at Atos on 14th & 15th of October in Paris.

Their discussion will focus on how to optimize the Supply-Chain function with a ‘Zero Based’ approach. They will detail the method as well as the structural and operational levers that Can be applied.
