In Canada, CYLAD Consulting supports companies in their external growth, transformation and cost optimisation.

Our Canadian office, opened in Montreal over a year ago, supports industrial companies, large groups or SMEs and is managed by Alexandre van den Berg.

Since its creation, CYLAD Canada has provided support to major players in the aeronautical sector in Quebec, with their operational transformation and M&A stakes.

The local CYLAD teams are particularly active in three strategic and operational areas:

• Mergers and Acquisitions: CYLAD acts in all phases of the acquisition process, from Due Diligence to implementation and realization of synergies
• Transformation or operational performance improvement project: organisational, industrial, or digital
• Cost optimisation and competitiveness: EBIT, CAPEX/OPEX, working capital

Thanks to an integrated team of data scientists, CYLAD uses its Smart data skills to answer to our clients’ needs (for example in the cases of optimisation of the Purchasing and Supply Chain functions).
