CHALLENGES

Within 6 months, client company experienced a strike and an accident that stopped production twice for several weeks. It now generates strong customer delays, has not recovered its normal production volume and faces profitability and cash issues.

SOLUTIONS

To achieve the needed recovery, we addressed 5 main topics over a 5-month project:

• Financial steering: identify the most profitable customers and prioritise them
• Cash: monitor closely all spends and ensure timely release of production and payment by customers
• Production steering: implement digital tablets on 20 machines to replace manual measurement of OEE
